IPTV playlist checker
I use a channel list first, then a small, deliberate browser check to narrow down playback problems.
See the channels before testing
My IPTV playlist checker lists channels and groups from your own M3U playlist, flags structural issues and optionally tests selected stream URLs from your browser. You control each request, with six checks at most per batch. Browser results are indicative because CORS and other restrictions can hide a working stream.
Responsible use: only inspect playlists you are authorised to use. This tool provides and links to no streams.
Paste a playlist or open a local file to begin.
Channel inspection
Open the detailed M3U validator
Optional network activity. Previews send your IP address to image hosts. Secure image URLs are used on this HTTPS page; some hosts block anonymous image requests.
A click sends an HTTP HEAD request directly from your browser to each selected host. No cookies are included. Requests time out after eight seconds. CORS, HTTPS restrictions or a server that rejects HEAD can prevent a useful result.
CSV files contain your stream URLs, which may include private access tokens. Keep exports private.
Separate syntax from connectivity
1. Parse locally
I use the same parser as the M3U validator to read EXTINF titles, group-title and tvg-logo attributes. An HLS segment manifest is identified separately because it is not a channel catalogue.
2. Choose a small batch
Select up to six channels, confirm your authorisation and start a check. I never crawl a playlist automatically or proxy stream requests through a server.
3. Interpret the response
Reachable means a successful HEAD response. No response means a timeout, cancellation or unsuccessful HTTP status. Blocked by browser means a protocol restriction or a response the browser could not expose.
For a blocked result, compare the same channel in your authorised player before replacing its URL. For a timeout, retry one channel, check the connection and ask the content provider about authentication. Logo and EPG problems are separate from stream availability.

Does this tool include IPTV channels or playlists?
No. I provide and link to no streams. Bring a playlist you are authorised to use. The tool reads your text and lists its channel metadata.
When does the checker send network requests?
Parsing a playlist sends no requests. Stream requests happen only after you select channels, confirm authorisation and click Test selected streams. Logo requests happen only after you enable logo previews, and use the image hosts in your playlist.
What does reachable mean?
Reachable means the browser received a successful HTTP HEAD response. It does not prove playback, codec support, entitlement or availability of every HLS segment. A player is still needed to confirm viewing.
Why can a working channel be blocked by browser?
Cross-origin restrictions, mixed HTTP and HTTPS content, TLS, DNS or network failures can hide responses. A failed browser fetch cannot reliably distinguish these causes. A stream that works in your authorised player may therefore appear blocked here.
How many streams can I check at once?
Select up to six streams per batch. Each request has an eight-second timeout, and you can cancel the batch. HTTP and HTTPS are supported for checks; UDP, RTMP and similar protocols need a compatible player.
What is included in the CSV export?
The export contains every channel matching your group and status filters, including its name, URL, group, status, explanation and source line. It includes URL tokens or credentials if your playlist has them, so keep the file private. No results are stored by this tool.
