1. Who is responsible
I am Shoeb Lodhi, operating this consulting and information website under my name. For personal information I decide to collect through the site, I am the responsible operator or controller where that term applies. Contact me at [email protected]. This policy covers this website and related enquiry correspondence. A client project may have a separate agreement covering data I process on a client's instructions.
2. Information you provide
The contact form asks for first and last name, business email, country, industry, primary service interest and a description of your growth challenge. Phone or WhatsApp number, company name and current monthly revenue range are optional. The revenue range is submitted using a field named budget. The form combines your first and last names into a single name for the enquiry email.
All submitted form fields travel to the website's contact endpoint. The current handler includes name, email, phone, company, service interest, revenue or budget range and message in the email. Country and industry are not copied into that email. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or confidential customer records. If you email or message me directly, I receive the information and attachments you choose to include.
3. How enquiries are delivered and used
The contact endpoint sends enquiry emails through Resend to my contact mailbox and a Gmail mailbox I use for enquiries. It also attempts to send you a confirmation email. I use the information to understand your request, respond, discuss possible work and maintain the relevant correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or create a client contract.
The site does not write contact submissions to a website database. If email delivery is not configured, the current fallback records the submitted contact details in hosting logs instead. A success message alone therefore does not prove email delivery. If a reply does not arrive, you can email me directly. Email delivery and error handling may also create provider records.
4. Technical information and hosting
Cloudflare Pages and its Workers runtime serve the website. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, browser information, response status and error details to deliver pages and investigate failures or misuse. These technical records are separate from a contact email. Information you put in a page URL may appear in request logs, so do not include private information in links or query parameters.
5. Google Analytics and cookies
The shared page template loads Google Analytics through Google's gtag script after the page-load event and sends a page view. This happens automatically; the current site has no cookie-consent banner or prior-consent gate. Analytics can process page addresses, referral information, device and browser details, interactions supported by its configuration and identifiers used to distinguish visits. Google's handling of network information is governed by its own service practices.
Google Analytics can set first-party cookies such as _ga and cookies whose names begin _ga_. Their presence and duration depend on Google settings and your browser. The site does not set a custom cookie lifetime. You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser, or block the analytics script. Clearing cookies does not delete analytics information already received. The site has no separate setting that responds to a Do Not Track browser signal.
6. Fonts, blog content and external services
Pages request Archivo and Geist Mono font styles and files from Google Fonts. These requests expose technical connection information, including your IP address, to Google. Font requests are distinct from analytics; blocking analytics alone does not block fonts.
Blog content is retrieved by the server from a headless WordPress installation hosted on Bluehost. This server request does not require your contact form information. Images included in posts may load directly from the WordPress host, WordPress image services or Gravatar, exposing normal request information to the relevant image host. Most other site assets are served from this site's own paths.
7. WhatsApp and other outbound links
The WhatsApp button is a click-to-chat link to +1 226 240 3830. When you follow it, WhatsApp or Meta handles the external page or app connection under its own terms and privacy policy. If you send a message, I receive your message and the account or phone information WhatsApp makes available. Merely reading this page does not submit a WhatsApp message. LinkedIn, X and other external links likewise take you to independently operated services.
8. Free tools and local calculations
The Growth Stack self-assessment totals answers in your browser without saving them, sending them to me or making network requests. Browser-only calculations are separate from the site's analytics, fonts and hosting requests. Other tools describe their own input handling. Do not assume a third-party tool linked from the site follows the same rules. The current Growth Stack assessment uses neither cookies nor local storage for its answers.
9. Purposes, legal grounds and recipients
I use enquiry data to respond to requests and take steps towards a possible engagement. Depending on applicable law, the grounds may include your requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in communicating and operating a secure website, consent where required, and legal obligations. Analytics or other optional processing requires consent wherever the applicable rules require it; this policy does not itself obtain that consent.
Information is shared as needed with hosting, email delivery, mailbox, analytics and communication providers described above. I do not sell contact enquiries. I may disclose relevant records when required by law or reasonably necessary to address misuse or legal claims. Provider infrastructure may process information outside your country. Contact me about applicable transfer protections; I do not promise a particular storage country or that every provider offers the same safeguards.
10. Retention and security
I retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the request, subsequent work, necessary business records or a legal dispute. The site does not implement automatic deletion of enquiry emails. Hosting logs, provider records, analytics and backups have separate retention settings; the source code does not establish a single retention period for them. Ask me about a particular record or request deletion rather than relying on a fixed expiry date.
The site uses HTTPS and security headers, but no online system can guarantee complete security. Access, deletion and recovery can also depend on the email or hosting provider. Please report suspected exposure to the contact email without including more sensitive information than necessary.
11. Your choices and rights
You can ask what information I hold, request a correction or deletion, and explain any objection to its use. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it for future processing. I may need proportionate identity checks and may retain records where law requires or permits it. I will explain any relevant limitation and respond within the period required by the law that applies.
UK and EU GDPR rights can include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and a complaint to a supervisory authority. UAE PDPL rights may include information, correction, deletion and controls over certain processing. Canada's PIPEDA generally supports transparency, access, correction and challenging handling practices. In Pakistan, available rights and remedies depend on applicable law and circumstances. These are general descriptions, not a claim that every law applies to every visitor. You may contact the relevant privacy authority without first contacting me.
12. Children, updates and contact
This business website is not directed at children and I do not knowingly seek children's personal information. If you believe a child supplied information, contact me so I can investigate. I may revise this policy when the site or its data handling changes; the date above identifies this version. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact page. The Terms of Service explain website use.
